  • – Promo valid for ST-2000, ST-3000, ST-4000 printers and WF-C5790 (C11CG02201-LB) & WF-M5799 (C11CG02201-LB) printer bundles through authorized Epson resellers only from 10/1/19 to 12/31/20. Product must be registered before 1/30/21.
  • – Limit 8 additional bottles of 502 inks or 902 packs per printer. Max 8 claims per printer. Each claim cannot contain multiple bottles of the same color. Limit 2 additional bottles of 532 inks or M02XL120 packs per printer. Limit one bottle per claim.
  • – Based on average monthly document print volumes of about 150 pages (ST-2000), 300 pages (ST-3000/ST-4000/ST-M1000/ST-M3000), 500 pages (WF-C5790) and 750 pages (WF-M5799)

Product registration is required for the 2nd year of limited warranty. It is also required for you to qualify for the ink reimbursement promotion.

Did you run out of ink within 2 years? The rebate form details the steps to take in order to claim your ink reimbursement from Epson.

  • 2 Must submit ink receipts as proof of purchase of Epson genuine ink to claim additional ink bottles or packs, dated no later than 2 years after printer purchase date or 3/31/22, whichever comes first. Must submit a Usage History Sheet showing serial number and pages printed with each claim request. Here are the steps to access the Usage History Sheet:
    • – Go to the "Home" screen on the printer
    • – Select "Settings"
    • – Select "Print Status Sheet"
    • – Select "Usage History Sheet"
    • – Press print button
